Evidence surveillance, not an automatic guideline engine. A new publication is a signal for review; it does not change any Navigator recommendation until its methods, applicability and source rules are audited.

Personalised alert digest
No account required. The digest monitors international PubMed results for the selected topics. Your email address, country context, topics and frequency are stored only for sending alerts. No case data are involved.

Europe
European sources plus the selected national overlay. National, regional, educational, regulatory and reimbursement sources are labelled separately rather than treated as equivalent guidelines.
The newest 12 matching citations are shown. Title and publication-type filters remain deliberately sensitive because newly deposited citations may not yet be fully indexed.
The newest 18 matching citations are shown. These are candidates for appraisal, not a quality ranking; study-design indexing can lag publication.

Data flow, scope and limitations
Live feed: the website sends only fixed selected topics, fixed evidence filters and the publication window to NCBI PubMed. It never sends case data or free text. Bibliographic metadata are cached by WordPress for up to six hours. Administrators can deliberately bypass that cache.
Email alerts: subscription requires email confirmation. The email address, selected topics, selected country context, chosen frequency and delivery state are stored solely for the digest. Public statistics show only aggregate confirmed counts by selected context; email addresses and IP-derived locations are never displayed. Frequency-management and unsubscribe links are included in every digest.
Local audit queue: tracked and reviewed states can coexist; dismissed items leave the active queue but remain recoverable. All states stay in this browser, and CSV export sends nothing to the server.
Country layer: the selected country filters curated releases and source surveillance. Live PubMed results remain international. National, regional, educational, regulatory and reimbursement sources retain their distinct labels.
Coverage: PubMed does not index every society webpage and publication-type indexing can lag. The curated release layer and the country-specific source watchlist therefore remain necessary.
Governance: nothing displayed here modifies a clinical rule, comparator result or treatment option. Incorporation requires full-text appraisal, source mapping, regression tests and a versioned module release.
