Reference anatomy + nodal reconstruction worklist. v0.22 removes inherited proxy/clipped nodal meshes from the runtime. Stations return to 3D only after reviewed slice-label reconstruction and QA. Clinical source-level decisions remain independently versioned.

Move directly in the views

On a phone or tablet: pinch two fingers to zoom; slide them together to pan. Lift both fingers before returning to one-finger rotation or crosshair dragging. Fit restores the view. The zoom buttons also work with a single tap.

Drag a coloured crosshair line to move its corresponding plane. Drag the intersection to move both lines, or click anywhere in a section to reposition them.

Scroll over a section to move that section through the anatomy. On a touchscreen, use the small − / + buttons in its header, or enter a position in millimetres.

Keyboard: focus a section with Tab. Arrow keys move the crosshair; Page Up / Page Down change the slice. Hold Shift for 5 mm steps. Home / End move to the first / last slice.

Full screen: each graphic header has an expand button. The same window grows to full screen (or the browser window when permission is unavailable). Return or Escape restores the layout; anatomy, camera and crosshairs are preserved.

3D planes: Axial, Coronal and Sagittal buttons independently hide their 3D guides. The linked section crosshairs remain available.

Structure classes: the chevron folds the list, without hiding anatomy. The checkbox controls visibility of the class.

All views use the same source mesh coordinates. These are reference cross-sections, not CT images.

Load the reference anatomy

Download isa_BP3D_4.0_obj_99.zip from the official BodyParts3D archive, then choose it here. The curated importer extracts the mapped head-and-neck elements locally.

A prepared reference.json or reference.json.gz pack is also accepted. Imported provenance is an acquisition record, not independent proof of anatomical accuracy.

What is and is not imported

The included catalogue contains 100 named concepts assembled from 103 source meshes. Identical duplicate hyoid and cricoid representations were excluded. Two source-labelled middle constrictor parts are withheld because their left/right labels conflict with their coordinate side.

Parotids, masseters and thyroid gland have no named match in the uploaded archive. Some vessels are incomplete supplied segments. Missing anatomy is not replaced by guessed shapes. No reference CT or nodal segmentation is supplied.
